Overwhelmed by a flood of information?
There are five books typically recommended to people when they are starting out in polyamory.
All together, they account for nearly 1,700 pages of reading which would take roughly 50 hours to read or 45 hours of listening, if you got the audiobooks.
Many encourage newcomers to polyamory to spend six months to year reading and learning, but I believe there are many things people can start with immediately before even reading a single page.
To ensure I can devote active time to those who enrol, classes will have a limited number of seats per quarter. Subscribe to be notified when enrolment opens.

Kaylee Friedman, LPC, Certified Sex Therapist
As a relationship and sex therapist, I’m always on the lookout for resources that are smart, accessible, and actually helpful—especially when it comes to navigating non-monogamy.
The Fast Track Your Polyamory course totally delivers. It breaks things down in a way that’s clear and grounded, without being overwhelming. I love that it includes self-reflection prompts that are really well-paced and not just surface-level—perfect for folks wanting to deepen their awareness and practices.
Also, the live Q&A adds a layer of support that makes the whole experience feel more connected and human!
If you’re exploring polyamory (or supporting clients who are), this is a great place to start.

Leanne Million, Certified Relationship Coach with Empowered Poly
"Fast Track Your Polyamory" by Lola Phoenix is an insightful course filled with practical exercises and truly vital guidance. This course serves to put anyone considering (or practicing) polyamory in the driver's seat of a deep self-reflection journey necessary to mindfully move towards developing more self-awareness and understanding.
As a polyamorous Relationship Coach myself, I never stopped nodding my head as I listened to the course's audio tracks (which makes the material super easy to access), and even with more than three decades of experience in polyamory and non-monogamy myself, the exercises helped me laser focus on who I am as a polyam person.
Lola shines a light on the challenging, nuanced, grey areas of polyamory, the common roadblocks and bumps in the road, while providing helpful exercises to more easily navigate the landscape of non-monogamy.
This is the course I wish I had when I began my polaymorous journey!

Luciana Brücker, Student
Your course and your book have had a deep emotional impact on me.
The way you explore non-monogamy with such honesty, care, and nuance really spoke to me. I could feel the complexity and depth you bring to the subject, and I truly appreciate the perspective you offer — it feels very grounded, compassionate, and deeply lived.
Your course helped me realize how much of my inner conflict stems not just from the relationship structure itself, but from internalized shame, patriarchal expectations, and the absence of any social scripts for something different.
As someone who is neurodivergent (autistic & ADHD), I often struggle with expressing needs and trusting my own feelings — especially when they don’t fit into normative narratives.
Your work is brave, generous, and so important. Thank you for sharing it with us — it’s opened a door I didn’t even know I was allowed to knock on.
